1. Use of the Site

• • You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases.
• • You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• • Unauthorized use, including hacking, data mining, or misuse of content, is strictly prohibited.

2. Products & Orders

• • All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
• • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., due to errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability).
• • Prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees unless specified.
• • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Standard wholesale orders start from 500 units. Custom or complex orders may have higher MOQs.
• • Production Lead Times: Standard production is completed within 30 working days from order confirmation and receipt of approved artwork.
• • Payment Terms: Payment terms are confirmed in writing at the time of order. ICS accepts bank wire transfer (T/T) and other methods as agreed per contract.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• • We ship to customers within the USA and internationally as specified.
• • Delivery times are estimates only; we are not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g., customs, shipping carriers, or natural events).
• • Risk of loss and title for products transfer to you upon delivery.

4. Returns & Refunds

• • Custom and bulk orders are generally non-refundable unless defective or damaged.
• • For standard items, please refer to our Return Policy page for details.
• • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable time after approval.

5. Custom Orders

• • Customers are responsible for providing accurate artwork, logos, and customization details.
• • Once approved, customized products cannot be altered or canceled.

6. Intellectual Property

• • All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs, are the property of Indian Craft Supply or our licensors.
• • You may not use, copy, or distribute our content without prior written permission.
• • Artwork, logos, and design files submitted by clients for custom product manufacturing remain the sole intellectual property of the client. Indian Craft Supply does not claim ownership of client-provided designs and will not reproduce them for third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

• • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Indian Craft Supply shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our Site or products.
• • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Indian Craft Supply, its employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9A. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or any order, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation within 30 days. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Cheyenne, Wyoming, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitrator's decision shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief in a court of law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
