Shipping Policy

Indian Craft Supply is a factory-direct manufacturer based in India. All orders are manufactured at our facility in Kolkata, India, and shipped directly to your door in the United States. We manage the full logistics process - from production floor to your warehouse.

1. Where We Ship From

All orders originate from our manufacturing facility in India. We do not ship from a US warehouse. Your order goes from our factory to your US address with full customs clearance handled by us.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer three shipping options depending on your order type:

• • Standard Sea Freight (Wholesale Orders): Best value for large wholesale orders. Products travel by sea container.
• • Expedited Air Freight (Wholesale - Urgent): Faster delivery via air cargo for time-sensitive orders.
• • Express Courier (Sample Orders): Used for sample shipments via DHL, FedEx, or UPS.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times include both production and shipping:

• • Standard Wholesale (Sea Freight): ~90 days total
•   - Production: 30 days
•   - Sea freight transit: 45-60 days
• • Expedited Wholesale (Air Freight): ~40 days total
•   - Production: 30 days
•   - Air freight transit: 7-10 days
• • Sample Orders (Courier): 2-3 weeks

All times are estimates. Delays caused by customs, port congestion, or force majeure events are outside our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order volume, total weight, destination address, and chosen shipping method. A detailed shipping quote is provided with every order confirmation before you commit. There are no hidden fees.

5. Customs and Import Duties

We ship on either DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) or DAP (Delivered at Place) terms, depending on your contract. Under DDP, all customs duties, taxes, and import fees are paid by Indian Craft Supply before delivery. Under DAP, import duties are the buyer's responsibility. Your account manager will confirm the applicable Incoterms for your order.

6. Order Tracking

Once your shipment departs our facility, we will send tracking information by email within 48 hours. You will receive the shipping carrier name, tracking number, and estimated arrival date.

7. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping outside the United States is available on request - please contact us for a custom quote.
