Return & Refund Policy

Indian Craft Supply manufactures custom wholesale products to your specifications. Because most orders are custom-made, our return policy reflects the nature of made-to-order manufacturing. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Custom & Bulk Orders (Non-Returnable)

Custom-manufactured products - including items with custom printing, custom dyeing, custom sizing, or private-label branding - are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has commenced. This applies to all standard wholesale orders, as they are made specifically to your approved specifications.

2. Manufacturing Defects & Quality Issues

If you receive products that have clear manufacturing defects or that materially differ from the approved pre-production sample, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

• • Your order number
• • Photographs clearly showing the defect
• • A written description of the issue

We will replace defective items or issue a store credit at our discretion. We do not cover minor colour variations within acceptable industry tolerances.

3. Sample Orders

Sample orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided:

• • Items are unused and in their original packaging
• • You contact us before shipping the return
• • Buyer pays the return shipping cost

Refunds for approved sample returns are processed within 10 business days of us receiving the returned goods.

4. Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order within 48 hours of placing it, provided production has not yet begun. To request cancellation, email info@indiancraftsupply.com immediately with your order number.

Cancellations requested after production has started are subject to a restocking and materials fee based on the stage of production.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned goods (for sample orders) or approving the claim (for defect claims). Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Do not ship any items back without written approval from our team. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
